Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and purchase of digital SketchUp extensions from CAD Tools Studio. By creating an account, starting a trial or purchasing a plugin, you agree to these terms.

Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate information and protect your account credentials. Google-authenticated trials require a verified Google account. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

Trials

Louvers Pro may provide one three-day trial per eligible Google account and computer. The trial starts only after Google sign-in, profile completion and approval for the submitted Machine ID. Creating duplicate accounts, changing identifiers or otherwise attempting to obtain additional trials is prohibited.

Purchases and payments

Orders are confirmed only after the payment provider verifies successful payment. A pending or failed transaction does not create a licence. Prices are displayed before checkout.

Software licence and machine activation

A purchase grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the purchased extension according to the displayed licence terms. Unless stated otherwise, the licence is perpetual for the purchased product version and may be active on one computer at a time. Ownership of the software and intellectual property is not transferred.

• Reinstalling the extension on the same computer is allowed when the registered Machine ID matches.
• A computer replacement or material hardware change may require an administrator-approved machine reset. A maximum of two resets may be approved within a rolling 12-month period.
• Internet access is required for initial activation and periodic licence verification. The current paid offline allowance is three days after the last successful verification.
• A refunded, charged-back, fraudulent or materially breached licence may be suspended or disabled, subject to applicable law.

Coupons

Coupon codes must be applied before leaving for the payment gateway. Eligibility, discount and final payable amount are shown at checkout. LOUVERS100 provides ₹100 off eligible Louvers Pro listings while the offer remains available. Coupons are not redeemable for cash and normally cannot be applied retrospectively to completed orders.

Prohibited use

• Do not share, resell, redistribute, decompile, reverse engineer or publish the extension source or licence key, except where a restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
• Do not bypass machine activation, trial limits, download controls, update verification or security checks.
• Do not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or harmful activity.

Compatibility, backups and automatic updates

Supported SketchUp and operating-system versions are shown on each product page. Customers must confirm compatibility and back up important SketchUp models before installing or updating an extension. The extension may securely contact cadtoolsstudio.com to check licence status and whether a newer release is available. An update is installed only after the user accepts the update prompt. Update downloads use HTTPS, customer authorization and checksum verification. Access to a newer major paid version is governed by the terms displayed for that release.

Intellectual property and third-party components

Louvers Pro, its original source code, interface, documentation and brand assets remain the property of their respective owner. Any third-party components remain subject to their own licence notices. Customers receive a right to use the extension, not ownership of its source code.

Independent product notice

Louvers Pro and CAD Tools Studio are independent products and are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Trimble Inc. or SketchUp. SketchUp and related marks belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe compatibility.

Availability, security and liability

We use reasonable safeguards and signed release processes, but no software or online service can be guaranteed error-free, uninterrupted or immune from unauthorized modification. Install only the official signed RBZ supplied through our website or the SketchUp Extension Warehouse. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected product. Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
